Darshak Shah is a First-Generation Entrepreneur, having successfully developed various businesses in the region of Vapi and Daman. He started his entrepreneurial journey in the early 90’s with starting the trading of Industrial Electrical Goods at the age of just 15. After successfully establishing that business – ARIHANT ELECTRICALS, he entered into the Real Estate field in 2004.
Without any background in this field at all to start with, with the sheer Hard Work and single-minded Focus, he established the Company as one of the most sought-after brands in the Region – FORTUNE DREAM-CON – in less than a decade. His strong Visionary Capability, a knack of finding Right Opportunities and establishing Long-Lasting Relationships has taken the Company to the Heights that it is at today. He is continually spearheading the Company by establishing the Strategic Direction as well as mentoring Senior Leaders within the Company.
Bhavesh Shah is a First-Generation Entrepreneur, having successfully developed Industrial Electrical Business in the region of Daman, together with elder brother - Darshak Shah. Bhavesh seized the Opportunity in the Industrial Electrical Field at the very early age of 15, when the Industrial Development of Daman was just in the initial phase. With his strong Execution Skill and Operational Acumen, he made ARIHANT ELECTRICALS, a well-known and trusted partner of choice for a majority of Industries for all their Electrical needs in the Daman Region.
He actively entered in the Real Estate field in the year of 2008, joining brother Darshak Shah. With his strong sense in solving Operational issues as well as Sales Acumen, he looks after Corporate Sales & Marketing, Operations as well as Operational Finance within the Company.
Dimpal Shah is an Experienced and Dynamic Leader with a keen desire to succeed in all aspects of the Business. After successfully completing his Postgraduate Studies in the UK, Dimpal had a highly successful 10-year stint with MNC in the field of Biopharmaceuticals, in progressive Middle Management positions.
Dimpal moved to India in 2013 to join the Family Business. With an Extensive International Experience of more than 12 years in R & D and Manufacturing of Biopharmaceutical Products, he has brought new perspectives to the Existing Business at Fortune Dream-Con. Besides managing the ongoing Business Interests, Business Development and Projects of Fortune Dream-Con at Mumbai and beyond, he is also focusing on Expansion of new Verticals within the Real Estate Business. He also focuses on increasing the profile of the Company within the Business Community in general as well as on building relationships with various Institutional Broking Companies and Finance Community operating in Real Estate Field pan-India. In essence, he is trying to “Corporatise” the Company by helping establish new Systems / Processes to bring the Company to the mainstream of Real Estate Development.
